Description:
Ophiopogon japonicus Nana, commonly known as Dwarf Mondo Grass, is a compact and low-growing perennial grass-like plant. It features tufts of narrow, arching leaves that are dark green in colour and grows in dense clumps. The foliage forms a lush carpet-like effect, creating a striking contrast against other plants. While it does produce small purple flowers, they are not particularly showy and are often overshadowed by the attractive foliage. It is a versatile plant that thrives in partial shade to full shade and well-drained soil. Ophiopogon japonicus Nana is commonly used as a groundcover, edging, in between pavers or as a border plant. Grows to approx. 10-15cm H x W.
