We will replace any damaged plants.  you can contact us at nityaramanibalachandran@gmail.com. If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a replacement instructions with additional postage cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will arrange the replacement item for local pickup or shipped with extra cost..
