Grevillea Mt Tamboritha is a low-growing, spreading compact evergreen native shrub. Commonly known as Woolly Grevillea, it is highly regarded for its attractive foliage and delicate flowers. It features small, oval-shaped leaves that are covered in fine hairs, giving them a soft and woolly appearance. The leaves are typically green, but they can sometimes have a silver-grey or bluish tinge. From late winter to spring, clusters of small, vibrant pinkish-red and cream flowers emerge. The flowers are rich in nectar, attracting birds and pollinators to the garden. It thrives in full sun to partial shade and prefers well-drained soil. Often used as a groundcover, in rockeries, or as a border plant. Does not like humidity. Thrives in a sunny position in moist, well drained soil. Tolerant of part shade, coastal conditions, light frost and extended dry periods. Grows to approx. 40cm H x 1-2m W.
